Fab Concept operates strictly on a B2B basis. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
1. Handmade Products & Manufacturing Tolerances
All Fab Concept products, including beds and mattresses, are handmade.
Minor variations in finish, texture, dimensions, or construction are normal and not considered defects.
Images on the website, catalogues, or marketing materials are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary slightly as we constantly refine and improve our designs.
If you are unsure about dimensions or specifications, please contact our office before placing an order.
2. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled.
Any attempted cancellation after this point will result in a charge for the full order value.
3. Change of Mind & Custom Orders
Returns or cancellations for change of mind are not accepted.
Customised or bespoke products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except for manufacturing defects.
4. Standard Products
Standard products may be returned at Fab Concept’s discretion.
A cancellation or restocking fee may apply to cover production and administrative costs.
5. Mattresses
For hygiene and health & safety reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Inspect all goods upon delivery.
Any damage or defects must be reported within 5 working days to hello@fabconcept.co.uk with photographic evidence.
Fab Concept will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit note for faulty or damaged goods.
Goods must remain unused and stored appropriately until inspection and resolution.
7. Dropshipping & Resale Customers
If ordering for resale or dropshipping, Fab Concept is not liable to your end customers.
All returns, warranties, and policies apply only to the purchasing business.
8. Customer Responsibility
Ensure correct measurements and access for delivery of large or bespoke items.
Returns or refused deliveries due to access issues or incorrect measurements will incur a failed delivery charge equal to the delivery cost.
